No. We use manufacturer-approved parts and follow the official service schedule, ensuring your warranty remains fully intact, just like at a main dealer but at a more competitive price. This practice is protected by Block Exemption Regulations, giving you freedom of choice without compromising your warranty.
An Interim Service typically takes around 90 minutes, while a Full Service can take 2-3 hours. We will always provide you with an estimated completion time when you book your appointment so you can plan your day accordingly.
A Class 4 MOT is for goods vehicles up to 3,000kg design gross weight, which includes most small vans. A Class 7 MOT is for goods vehicles with a design gross weight between 3,001kg and 3,500kg, such as larger panel vans and chassis cabs. Our facility is fully approved and equipped to test only class 4 MOT for now.
While we don't currently offer a collection and delivery service, our workshop is conveniently located in Colchester with easy access and ample on-site parking, making drop-off and collection straightforward.
We recommend adhering to your van's manufacturer service schedule, which is typically every 12 months or after a specific mileage (e.g., 12,000 miles), whichever comes first. For vans under heavy use or with high annual mileage, we advise an additional Interim Service every 6 months to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
